Pancakes
Our family loves these pancakes. I can barely get them off the griddle before the kids are asking for more. I like to use our Nutrimill Grain Mill to grind the flour, but you can for sure use standard flour.

Pancakes
Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cup freshly milled flour (or store bought)
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons oil (whatever you have on hand)
- 1 1/2 cup milk (or non-dairy alternative)
Instructions
- Preheat griddle or cast iron pan on medium high heat.
- Coat griddle (or pan) with oil or butter.
- Put liquid ingredients in the bottom of the blender pitcher.
- Add dry ingredients on top of liquid.
- Blend on medium/medium high speed until all ingredients are incorporated.
- Put 1/4 cup of batter on griddle or pan.
- Flip when the bubbles are just popped.
- Remove from griddle (or pan) when both sides are evenly brown.
- Serve with the toppings of your choice.
- In a large bowl, mix all dry ingredients together.
- Make a well in the middle of the dry ingredients.
- Add wet ingredients.
- Mix with a whisk until combined.
- Put 1/4 cup of batter on griddle or pan.
- Flip when the bubbles are just popped.
- Remove from griddle (or pan) when both sides are evenly brown.
- Serve with the toppings of your choice.
